There are a lot going on behind the scene when creating cocktail flavors. In this program, you will have a chance to visit an award-winning Singapore bar's back of house. What you will find is an elaborate laboratory like equipment, some jars of fermented drink bases and even rooftop bars and micro-green growing facilities. End the tour with a tasting of the bar's signature drink and experience the complex flavors that are specifically created for Singapore using as much as local ingredients as possible.

Built across the mouth of the Marina Channel, the Marina Barrage creates Singapore's 15th reservoir, and the first in the heart of the city. With a catchment area of 10,000 hectares, or one-sixth the size of Singapore, the Marina catchment is the island's largest and most urbanised catchment. Together with two other new reservoirs, the Marina Reservoir has increased Singapore's water catchment from half to two-thirds of the country's land area. The Marina Barrage is the result of former Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew's vision nearly two decades ago when he envisaged damming the mouth of the Marina Channel to create a freshwater reservoir.

All arrangement is strictly by advanced appointment only and subject to confirmation from the Synagogue. Official identification like Singapore IC or valid International Passport is required to be submitted at the point of reservation.

Lastly, you will come to The Changi Chapel and Museum. Relocated in February 2001, it was built to honour the spirit and commitment of those who rose from the depths of adversity.
