In the morning, you will be collected from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu before being driven to Kiau Valley where you will begin the ride. You will then ride down through Kiau Valley to Kampung Kaung with excellent views of the jungle-clad valley and Mount Kinabalu.

When you get to the end of the ride able trail, you will put the bikes onto the truck and from here walk through Kampung Kaung where you begin the jungle trek.. You will make a few river crossings until you arrive at the paddy fields of Kampung Tambatuan where you will overnight in the village community homestay. There are comfortable dorms and a huge veranda facing the granite walls of the western flanks of Mount Kinabalu.

In the evening, there will be a sit-down dinner of pasta (optional) with wine and beer to chat through the days thrills while the team service the bikes and get ready for the second days adventure. Stay overnight at homestay. (B/L/D)

Go golfing at The ELS Club Teluk Datai. Prepare to have your senses and skills challenged from the wide variety of courses available, spanning a total of 63 holes of golf — courses that stretch and snake through ancient rainforest down to the turquoise Andaman Sea; or challenging coastal golf that meanders alongside a 17km beach facing the South China Sea.

After breakfast, proceed for 2.8km guided trek into the rainforest with the chance for wildlife encounters and sightings. Don't forget your swimming attire for a dip at the 'Ali Baba Waterfall' at the end of the trail. Enjoy lunch back at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy river activities nearby on the Kawag River before returning to the lodge for dinner.

Rise in the morning for an early walk to enjoy the company of nature. After breakfast, trek through the ancient rainforest of Danum Valley and marvel at its rich flora and fauna. After dinner, proceed to Night Walk in search of Borneo's nocturnal animals. Overnight at Danum Valley Field Centre, Danum Valley.

After breakfast, begin trekking through the rainforest for 7.5 km trail to Nepenthes Camp. Have simple refreshment at the camp while relaxing your muscles before we proceed for another 3 km trekking to Takob - Akob Falls and Giluk Falls (2.8km). Swimming and relaxing at the waterfall (subject to time and weather condition) before returning to Nepenthes Camp for overnight stay.

Start the day at Marina Bay where you learn to row a Dragon Boat, in groups of 10. Dragon boating can be both competitive and recreational. To have any measure of success in the sport of dragon boating, everyone needs to be able to work together and trust one another, whether they're a paddler, drummer or steersman. It's the best team bonding activity in Singapore.
