East West understands that each client have different interests and preference. Listed below are tour and package selections that will help you in planning your itinerary. These items are grouped according to the type of experience you have selected.
In the morning, you will be collected from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu before being driven to Kiau Valley where you will begin the ride. You will then ride down through Kiau Valley to Kampung Kaung with excellent views of the jungle-clad valley and Mount Kinabalu.
When you get to the end of the ride able trail, you will put the bikes onto the truck and from here walk through Kampung Kaung where you begin the jungle trek.. You will make a few river crossings until you arrive at the paddy fields of Kampung Tambatuan where you will overnight in the village community homestay. There are comfortable dorms and a huge veranda facing the granite walls of the western flanks of Mount Kinabalu.
In the evening, there will be a sit-down dinner of pasta (optional) with wine and beer to chat through the days thrills while the team service the bikes and get ready for the second days adventure. Stay overnight at homestay. (B/L/D)
Go golfing at The ELS Club Teluk Datai. Prepare to have your senses and skills challenged from the wide variety of courses available, spanning a total of 63 holes of golf — courses that stretch and snake through ancient rainforest down to the turquoise Andaman Sea; or challenging coastal golf that meanders alongside a 17km beach facing the South China Sea.
Upon departure, our driver will meet the guests at the hotel lobby or other pick up location as requested and thereafter will be transferred to the airport/port.
After breakfast, proceed for 2.8km guided trek into the rainforest with the chance for wildlife encounters and sightings. Don't forget your swimming attire for a dip at the 'Ali Baba Waterfall' at the end of the trail. Enjoy lunch back at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy river activities nearby on the Kawag River before returning to the lodge for dinner.
Rise in the morning for an early walk to enjoy the company of nature. After breakfast, trek through the ancient rainforest of Danum Valley and marvel at its rich flora and fauna. After dinner, proceed to Night Walk in search of Borneo's nocturnal animals. Overnight at Danum Valley Field Centre, Danum Valley.
After breakfast, begin trekking through the rainforest for 7.5 km trail to Nepenthes Camp. Have simple refreshment at the camp while relaxing your muscles before we proceed for another 3 km trekking to Takob - Akob Falls and Giluk Falls (2.8km). Swimming and relaxing at the waterfall (subject to time and weather condition) before returning to Nepenthes Camp for overnight stay.
Start the day at Marina Bay where you learn to row a Dragon Boat, in groups of 10. Dragon boating can be both competitive and recreational. To have any measure of success in the sport of dragon boating, everyone needs to be able to work together and trust one another, whether they're a paddler, drummer or steersman. It's the best team bonding activity in Singapore.

Explore Gardens by the Bay at night and be mesmorized by the beautiful lights that dance around during the light show.
For a reprieve from the tropical heat and a taste of the Mediterranean climate, head to the cooled conservatory of one of Singapore's newest attractions - the Flower Dome and Cloud Dome of The Gardens by the Bay. The uniquely designed structures won the World Building of the Year at the World Architecture Festival 2012. The vertical gardens are 25 to 50-metres tall and have large canopies that provide shade for visitors. Stand in awe of the amazing Supertrees and admire its intricate and detailed designs despite its gigantic size.
Gardens by the Bay is an integral part of a strategy by the Singapore government to transform Singapore from a "Garden City" to a "City in a Garden". The stated aim is to raise the quality of life by enhancing greenery and flora in the city.
Go on a hike in the great outdoors and enjoy the serenity on offer at the Southern Ridges. Comprising 10 km of green, open spaces that connect Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, HortPark, Kent Ridge Park and Labrador Nature Reserve, these ridges are an alternative for walking enthusiasts, history buffs, shutterbugs, nature lovers, bird watchers and families. It is one of the best spots in Singapore to enjoy panoramic views of the city, harbour and the Southern Islands, the Southern Ridges is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna.
Start ascent at 3 am to reach the summit at 13,435 ft (4,095.2m) in time for the sunrise at 6 am. After photography, return to Park HQ for late high tea and at 1430hrs, transfer back to Kota Kinabalu.
Please bring along your passport, sun block lotion, personal toiletries, hat, good walking/trekking shoes, windbreaker, warm clothing, towel, torchlight, waterproof gloves, raincoat, water bottle, energy food and personal medical kit including headache tablet and Paracetamol for altitude sickness, lip gloss, insect repellent, extra socks, tissue papers and water proof bag for camera.
- Mountain Guide, who is registered under the jurisdiction of Sabah Parks Authority is compulsory for all mountain climbers. Majority of the mountain guide can only converse in basic English language. Licensed English Speaking Guide for mount climbing is available on request at a surcharge and subject to availability.
- It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommended that you should refrain from climbing: Hypertension, diabetes, palpitation, arthritis, heart disease, severe anemia, peptic ulcers, epileptic fits, obesity (overweight), chronic asthma, muscular cramps, hepatitis (jaundice) or any other disease which may hamper the climber.
- Hot water in most lodges in the Kinabalu Park will require some time from the moment the switch is turned on to the time when hot water is available. There is a waiting time of about 30 minutes before hot water is available. Depending on the water usage, there could be a 15-minute interval for subsequent users. While at Laban Rata, hot water is available from 12pm to 3pm only and room heaters run from 8.30pm to 1am only.

Spend the day exploring the incredible Similan Islands, a collection of rainforest islands that run north to south, with this speedboat adventure. The day starts very early; you?ll be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Khao Lak for coffee, tea and a morning snack. After a safety briefing, the adventure begins: roughly an hour from departure from the pier, you?ll reach this tropical archipelago, where you may explore all the hidden gems of these uninhabited, protected islands.
From rubber tree forests and stunning coral reefs to the beautiful occasional residence of the Thai Royal Family, the only home on the islands, these islands will keep you busy and in awe the entire day. Be sure to spend some time relaxing on the beach, and enjoy a delicious Thai lunch and snacks during the day.
Though the day will leave you wanting more, you will head back to mainland via speedboat in the late afternoon, with memories of the Similan Islands dancing in your head.
